Referral Program Terms
Welcome to the Sidebar Referral Program!
Our referral program rewards you for introducing exceptional leaders who are a perfect fit for Sidebar’s high-caliber community.
Key Program Benefits:
- You get $500 towards your membership at Sidebar. Receive a $500 referral bonus towards your next year of Sidebar membership as a thank you when your first referral joins Sidebar and stays for 90 days.
- Your referral gets 2 FREE executive coaching session when they join Sidebar. When your referral joins Sidebar, your referral will get a referral bonus of 2 complimentary executive coaching session with a member of Sidebar’s facilitator team.
Terms and conditions:
Effective Start-Date and End-Date of Program - People who submitted their application and join Sidebar as a paying member after 10/16/24 and before 12/31/24. People who join Sidebar outside of this date range are not eligible for this program. Referral links expire after 30 days, so be sure to remind your referral to join before the link expires.
Generally, for both Referrers and the Referees:
- There is no-guarantee of admission to Sidebar if you make a referral or are referred.
- For both the Referral and Referee, benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Previous referral program benefits cannot be included as part of this program.
**For Referrers:**
Referrers must be active Sidebar members in good standing, logged into Sidebar and use the provided form (enter email and/or LinkedIn URL for the referee) or referral link to be eligible for a referral bonus.
1. **Referral Bonus Distribution:** You will receive your referral bonus as a credit towards your next year's membership fee once your referral is accepted to Sidebar, completes payment for their first year membership of at least $3,600, and stays in Sidebar for 90 days.
To qualify, you must be an active Sidebar member who has paid for an annual membership in full. Your referral must be tracked back to you, pay for the first year of Sidebar membership up-front, in-full of at least $3,600. You and your referral cannot use a Buy now, pay later (BNPL) solution or any other payment plan. Referral bonuses are not provided to non-member referrers.
When you qualify, your referral bonus will be refunded to your payment method on file as part of your next year’s membership fee.
2. **Referral Bonus Limit:** There is no limit to the number of referral bonuses you can earn in this time period.
3. **Referral Count:** There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Feel free to send as many referrals as you like! Each referral will be eligible for their own referral bonus.
4. **Referral Criteria:** We value quality over quantity. We ask that you refer individuals who embody the spirit of extraordinary leadership and would make strong additions to the Sidebar community.
5. **Referral Expiration:** Referrals expire 30 days from the time they are sent.
**For Referees:**
1. **Claiming Your Referral Bonus:** If you’ve been referred to Sidebar, claiming your referral bonus is easy. Simply apply to join Sidebar, get accepted, and pay your first year's membership fee of at least $3,600.
To qualify, you must pay for your first year of Sidebar membership up-front, in-full. You cannot use a Buy now, pay later (BNPL) solution or any other payment plan.
You will be contacted by a member of our team to receive your complimentary executive coaching session.
2. **Referral Expiration:** Referrals expire after 30 days. Be sure to complete your application within this timeframe to ensure you receive your referral bonus.
3. **Referral Bonus Limit:** If you receive a referral bonus as a referral yourself, you are not eligible for another referral bonus for your referrals that join.
